LES RAPIDES FONT L’ACQUISITION DE DEUX JOUEURS UKRAINIENS POUR LA PROCHAINE SAISON
Les Rapides de Grand-Sault sont heureux d’annoncer la signature de deux joueurs ukrainiens en vue de la prochaine saison. Il s’agit du défenseur KIRILL MASCHENKO et de l’attaquant STANISLAV BOYARCHUK, tous les deux âgés de 19 ans.
Mashchenko (5’11 pouces; 170 livres) est un défenseur évoluant à la droite et est originaire de Tserkva, en Ukraine.
Il a disputé 40 parties la saison dernière avec la formation Slovakienne de HK Levice, compilant un dossier de 1 but et 13 mentions d’aide.
Boyarchuk (5’11 pouces; 176 livres) a joué avec cette même formation la saison dernière, récoltant 31 points en 40 parties, soit 15 buts et 16 mentions d’aide. Ce dernier est originaire de Luboml (Ukraine).
Les deux joueurs sont attendus à Grand-Sault la semaine prochaine pour le début du camp d’entraînement.
Les Rapides désirent souhaiter la bienvenue à Kirill et Stanislav avec l’équipe.
RAPIDS SIGN TWO UKRAINIAN PLAYERS FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON
The Grand Falls Rapids are happy to announce the signings of two 19-year-old Ukrainian players: defenseman KIRILL MASHCHENKO and forward STANISLAV BOYARCHUK.
Mashchenko, a 5’11” and 170-pound right defenseman from Bila Tserkva (Ukraine), played in 40 games last season with HK Levice U-20 in Slovakia where he registered 14 points with 1 goal and 13 assists.
Boyarchuk, listed at 5’11 and 176 pounds, also played with HK Levice last season, scoring 15 goals while adding 16 assists for 31 points in 40 games. His hometown is Luboml (Ukraine).
They are both expected to arrive in Grand Falls next week, in time for training camp.
The Rapids would like to welcome both Kirill and Stanislav to the team.
