The Grand Falls Rapids have acquired 18-year-old defenceman TYRELL MULROONEY from the Pictou County Weeks Crushers in return for a 6th round draft pick in 2025, along with future considerations.
A native of Glovertown (Newfoundland), Mulrooney played in 10 games this season with the Weeks Crushers after spending the previous three campaigns in AAA U-18 with the Central Impact of the Newfoundland & Labrador Junior League (NLU 18).
Tyrell is a welcomed addition to the Rapids’ defence group.
