The Grand Falls Rapids have acquired 17-year-old forward MATTHEW FERDINAND from the Fredericton Red Wings in return for a third-round pick in the 2025 MHL draft.
The New Maryland native played in 4 games last season with the Red Wing after starting the season with the U-18 Fredericton Caps where he scored 15 goals and added 19 assists for 34 points, including the playoffs.
The Rapids welcome him to the organization and to the community of Grand Falls.
