LOIC FRANCOEUR JOINS THE MONCTON BLUE EAGLES

The Grand Falls Rapids are happy to announce that forward LOIC FRANCOEUR will be joining next season the Moncton Blue Eagles, finalists this season in the Atlantic University Sport conference.

In 50 regular season games played this season with the Rapids, Francoeur compiled a record of 22 goals and 40 assists for 62 points, ranking him third among the team’s top scorers. He also added 1 goal and 3 assists in the playoffs in five games.

Francoeur was one of 8 players from the Rapids who were at their last season of eligibility in junior A.

The Rapids’ organization would like to wish the best of luck to Loic in his future hockey career.
